✦ Curbside delivery in Los Angeles is $80 for one item and may increase with multiple items. Inside delivery within Los Angeles is $130, and includes a two-man crew and debris removal.

✦ Curbside delivery in Greater CA (outside the LA area) is $350. This may increase with sectionals or multiple items

✦ Curbside delivery for out-of-state customers in the continental US is $600 for a single item and may increase with sectionals or multiple items. We always strive to ship your order at the MOST reasonable rates possible. If you prefer inside delivery, please contact us to obtain a quote. You can pay the remaining balance after your order is placed

✦ Please allow an additional 12-18 business days for long distance transit.

✦ It is the customer's responsibility to order furniture in the correct size by first measuring all doorways, corridors, stairways, and elevator cabins. Clad Home cannot accept responsibility for custom furniture that does not fit into your home and the customer maintains responsibility for all associated delivery charges.

✦ Our furniture is custom made to your specifications, so once payment has been made, orders cannot be cancelled. In the rare event that you wish to return any unsoiled, undamaged, unworn furniture item, we will help you with the process. Please email info@cladhome.com with your order details to request return authorization. Since our furniture is custom made to your specifications, we must charge a 45% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping and return shipping charges.

✦ Quality control is the name of our game. We've been keeping our custom furniture clients happy for years now, and we're confident that you'll be thrilled with your Clad Home purchase. We personally inspect every item to ensure that it meets our quality standards before it leaves our factory. All Clad Home furniture ships via third party freight carriers, thus Clad Home cannot be held responsible for damages incurred after a product has left our factory.

✦ Long-distance deliveries MUST be thoroughly unwrapped and inspected by the receiver before signing off on the bill of lading or allowing the driver to leave. If damage has occurred, note it on the bill of lading and immediately reach out to us to assess if a damage claim can be filed with the carrier. Clad Home reserves the right to replace or repair damaged furniture at our sole discretion. Any transit damage discovered after the fact and not noted in writing on the bill of lading will preclude a damage claim.
