SHIPPING INFORMATION

Furniture production lead time is 7-8 weeks, and long distance transit will add 1-2 weeks. Custom designs may require an 8-12 week lead time.

Curbside deliveries within Los Angeles cost $60 for one item. The cost may increase with sectionals, or multiple items.  Inside deliveries, including a two-man crew and unpacking, is $110 within Los Angeles.

Curbside deliveries to other parts of California are approximately $250-$350 for one item, dependent on size. The cost may increase with sectionals, or multiple items. Select LA delivery at checkout, and we will bill you for the remaining balance once we get a freight quote for you based on your address.

We offer curbside delivery for out of state customers in the continental US for $600 for a single item, which may increase with sectionals or multiple items.  We will always strive to ship your order to you at the MOST reasonable rate possible. If you would like inside delivery, please contact us and we will bill you for the remaining balance once we get a freight quote for you.

We personally inspect every item to ensure that it meets our quality standards before it leaves the factory.  Long-distance deliveries MUST be thoroughly unwrapped and inspected by the receiver before signing off on the bill of lading or allowing the driver to leave.  Any transit damage that is discovered after the fact and not noted in writing on the bill of lading will preclude a damage claim. For minor damages, we will always work with you to repair from afar. If you feel your item has sustained major damage that is unfixable, always refuse the delivery and send it back.

RETURN POLICY

In the rare event that you wish to return your unsoiled and undamaged furniture within 14 days, we will help you with the process. Please email info@cladhome.com with your order details for a return authorization. All our upholstered furniture is custom made to your specifications, therefore we must charge a 45% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping charges and outgoing shipping fees will not be credited.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

It falls upon the customer to be sure the furniture they order is the correct size for their space by first measuring all doorways, stairways, corridors, and elevator cabins.  

Please also note that we use real wood with natural variation in grain and color.
