SHIPPING INFORMATION

Furniture production lead time is 7-8 weeks plus 1-2 weeks for long distance transit if needed. Highly customized designs may require an 8-12 week lead time.

 

Curbside delivery within Los Angeles is $60 for one item. Cost may increase with multiple items.  Inside deliveries, including a two-man crew and unpacking, is $110 within Los Angeles.

 

Curbside delivery to other parts of California is approximately $250-$350 for one item and may increase with large sectionals or multiple items. Please select LA delivery at checkout and we will bill you for the remaining balance once we obtain a freight quote based on your specific address.

 

Curbside delivery for out-of-state customers in the continental US is $600 for a single item and may increase with sectionals or multiple items.  We always strive to ship your order at the MOST reasonable rates possible. If you prefer inside delivery please contact us to obtain a quote.

 

Long-distance deliveries must be thoroughly unwrapped and inspected by the receiver before signing off on the bill of lading and releasing the driver.  Any transit damage discovered after the fact and not noted in writing on the bill of lading will preclude a damage claim. For minor damages, we will always work with you to repair from afar. If you feel your item has sustained major damage that is unfixable, refuse the delivery and send it back with the driver.

 

RETURN POLICY

We personally inspect every item to ensure that it meets our quality standards before it leaves the factory.  In the rare event that you wish to return your unsoiled and undamaged furniture within 14 days, please email info@cladhome.com with order details for a return authorization. All furniture is custom made to your specifications therefore we must charge a 45% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping charges and outgoing shipping fees will not be credited.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

It falls upon the customer to order furniture in the correct size by first measuring all doorways, stairways, corridors, and elevator cabins.  

 

Please note that we use real wood and thus natural variation in grain and color is normal.
