None of our fabrics or foams are ever treated with toxic flame retardant chemicals, and all our furniture is made in Los Angeles. Locally crafted, sustainable, affordable, and a minimal carbon footprint ... what more can you ask?
HARDWOOD FRAME
Our hardwood frames are constructed using corner braces, glue, high-pressure staples, and screws.
SPRINGS
8 1/2 gauge no-sag sinuous steel springs.
FABRIC
All our fabrics are performance fabrics suitable for high use upholstery, and none are ever treated with flame retardant chemicals.
Customers placing COM orders are required to confirm that their fabric is suitable for upholstery and does not require backing before use.
PREMIUM FOAM CUSHIONS
Premium foam cushions come standard with all of our furniture. Seat cushions are premium quality high resiliency foam core wrapped in multiple layers of polyester fiber to maintain your furniture's shape and integrity for years to come. Back cushions are 100% polyester fiber fill.

DOWN CUSHION UPGRADE
Our 90/10 feather/down blend upgrade offers a fuller and softer cushion experience. Seat cushions are made of high resiliency foam cores encased in an envelope of down and feather fill. Back cushions are 100% down and feather fill encased in feather-lock ticking (Note: no ticking is 100% feather proof and occasional feathers may escape.)

TRILLIUM CUSHION UPGRADE
Trillium is a polyester fill which mimics the characteristics of natural down, but is entirely hypoallergenic and will never result in escaping feathers. It offers an ultra-dense, soft, and luxurious feel that is our most popular premium cushion. Seat cushions are made of high resiliency foam cores encased in an envelope of Trillium fill. Back cushions are 100% Trillium fill.

* We can convert almost any sofa or sectional into a sleeper sofa!
* In order to conceal the sleeper mechanism, the sofa frame beneath the seat cushion can only be 10"-11" tall max, and leg height can only be 2" tall max.
* Should you decide to place an order with us, we will provide you with a sketch for approval to sign off on all the details and dimensions before your order goes into production.
* We'll help you determine the best proportions for converting your preferred sofa style into a sleeper sofa!
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Furniture production lead time is 7-8 weeks plus 1-2 weeks for long distance transit if needed. Highly customized designs may require an 8-12 week lead time.
Curbside delivery within Los Angeles is $80 for one item. Cost may increase with multiple items. Inside deliveries, including a two-man crew and unpacking, is $130 within Los Angeles.
Curbside delivery to Greater CA (outside the LA area) is $350. This may increase with sectionals or multiple items.
Curbside delivery for out-of-state customers in the continental US is $600 for a single item and may increase with sectionals or multiple items. We always strive to ship your order at the MOST reasonable rates possible. If you prefer inside delivery please contact us to obtain a quote.
Long-distance deliveries must be thoroughly unwrapped and inspected by the receiver before signing off on the bill of lading and releasing the driver. Any transit damage discovered after the fact and not noted in writing on the bill of lading will preclude a damage claim. For minor damages, we will always work with you to repair from afar. If you feel your item has sustained major damage that is unfixable, refuse the delivery and send it back with the driver.
RETURN POLICY
We personally inspect every item to ensure that it meets our quality standards before it leaves the factory. In the rare event that you wish to return your unsoiled and undamaged furniture within 14 days, please email info@cladhome.com with order details for a return authorization. All furniture is custom made to your specifications therefore we must charge a 45% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping charges and outgoing shipping fees will not be credited.
